Ice Cream Cake



Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate (box of chip cookies)
- 2 chocolate (crispy crunch bars)
- 1 liter vanilla (=(4 cups, or 1 quart) ice cream)
- 2 cool whip (tubs topping)
Directions:
Crush half the box of cookies and cover the bottom of a large cake pan. Spread 1 tub of cool whip over the cookies. Using half of the ice cream spread over the cool whip. Put the rest of the cookies over the ice cream. Spread the 2nd tub of cool whip over the next layer of cookies. Spread the 2nd half of the ice cream over the top layer of cookies. Crunch up the crispy crunch bars and sprinkle them over the cake. Place in freezer for about 2 hours. Note: I find if I let the ice cream softened it's much easier to spread. Kids love this delicious treat. You can change the taste by using a favorite cookie and favorite chocolate bar.
