Apple Cinnamon Nut Cake

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour (all purpose )
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (ground )
- 1/2 cup apple ( peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup nuts (chopped wal)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ( extract)
- 2 1/4 cup cream (ice )
- 3/4 cup sugar

In a mixing bowl, beat the egg. Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon; add to egg and beat until smooth. Fold in apple, nuts and vanilla. Spoon into a greased 8 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool and serve with ice cream.
