Creamy Chocolate Tarts



Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup chocolate (semi sweet chips)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla ( extract)
- 1/2 cup cream (cold whipping )
- 6 ham ((4 ounce packages) single serve gra crusts)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
In small microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips, milk and sugar. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until milk is hot and chips melt when stirred. Using whisk or electric mixer, beat until mixture is smooth; stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature. In small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff; carefully fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream until blended. Spoon or pipe into crusts. Cover; refrigerate until set. Top with sweetened whipped cream. Garnish as desired. Yield: 6 servings
