Flappers Pie



Ingredients:
- 14 ham (gra wafers rolled fine)
- 1/4 cup sugar (melted mutter 1/4 cup )
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- (Combine and reserve 1/2 cup for top of pie.)
- 2 cup milk
- 2 egg ( yolks)
- 1/4 cup corn (starch)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla ( extract)
- 1/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Combine ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook until thick. While hot, spread over piecrust. Topping 2 egg whites 3 tablespoons powdered sugar Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Add sugar gradually, beating as you add. Spread over filling and sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 325ºF, for 20 minutes.
