Chess Pie



Ingredients:
- 3/4 butter (stick melted or margarine)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg (s beaten)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white )
- 1 pie crust (nine inch )
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into piecrust. Bake at 300ºF for 10 minutes, then at 325ºF for another 20 to 30 minutes. Pie is done when center is set and is golden brown.
