Chocolate Ribbon Pie (Fat Reduced)



Ingredients:
- 1 cheese (package (8 ounce) neufchatel , softened)
- 1 chocolate ((6 ounce) prepared crumb crust)
- 2 chocolate (packages (3.8 ounce each) fat free instant pudding and pie filling)
- 2 tablespoon milk (fat free )
- 2 cup milk (cold fat free )
- cup sugar
- 1 whipped topping (container (8 ounce0 light )
Directions:
In large mixing bowl beat cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crumb crust. In mixing bowl combine pudding mix with milk. Beat until smooth and thickened about 2 minutes. Spoon over cheese layer being careful not to let pudding run over sides. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with raspberries, if desired. Yield 16 servings Per Serving: 196 calories; 3 grams protein, 8 grams fat; 11 gram chol.; 27 grams carbs.; 305 mg.
