Apple Sausage Stuffing



Ingredients:
- 1 pound apples (tart , cored and chopped)
- 10 bacon (slices of diced)
- 3 celery (medium ribs of ; chopped)
- 1 cup parsley (chopped fresh )
- 2 pound meat (pork sausage )
- 2 onion (large s, chopped (2 cups))
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon rum (dried sage leaves, cbled)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup mushroom (medium s)
- 1 teaspoon thyme (dried leaves)
Directions:
Cook bacon until just begins to brown, crumble sausage meat in same pan and cook till done. Add onions, mushrooms and celery cooking until onions and mushrooms are wilted. Stir in sage, thyme, salt and pepper, then the apples. Remove from heat and add parsley.
