Pumpkin Pie with a Touch of Whiskey



Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 milk ((12 oz) cans evaporated (3 cups))
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 can pumpkin ((16 oz) solid pack )
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon clove (ground s)
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 pie crust (unbaked pie shells)
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniels
Directions:
Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shells. Bake 15 minutes at 425°F. Reduce temperature to 350°F, and bake 40 to 50 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Serves: 12 to 16
