Nacho Cheese Dip



Ingredients:
- 1 cheese ((16 0z) package velveeta , cut into 1/2 inch pieces (use velveeta because it melts well and won't se)
- 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped fresh )
- 1 teaspoon cumin (ground )
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic ( powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dried )
- 1 beans ((16 oz) can refried )
- 1/2 cup beer ( (your favorite brand))
- 1/2 cup salsa (chunky hot (your favorite brand))
Directions:
Combine beer, cumin, dried oregano and garlic powder in heavy medium sized saucepan. Bring to simmer. Add beans and salsa, stir until heated through. Add Velveeta cheese; stir until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro. Transfer to bowl. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Yield: about 4 cups
