Coleslaw 2



Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage (medium )
- 1 carrot
- 1 teaspoon celery ( seed)
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper (green )
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2/3 cup oil (salad )
Directions:
Finely chop cabbage, pepper, onion and carrot. In a saucepan combine the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Pour mixture over the cabbage mixture. Mix well. When cool pack in jars and keep in the refrigerator. Will keep for two to three weeks.
