Butterscotch Raisin Pie



Ingredients:
- 2 cup raisin (s)
- 1 butter (package scotch pudding powder)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon cream (sour or plain yogurt)
- 2 cup water
- 1/8 teaspoon clove (s)
- 1/4 teaspoon orange ( rind)
Directions:
Rinse raisins; cover with water and microwave 2 to 3 minutes (or simmer on stove) until soft. Thicken with butterscotch powder dissolved in the ½ cup water. Add spices, rind and sour cream. Cool; pour into pie shell and bake at 375ºF for 35 - 40 minutes. Submitted by: E. Wilson
