Pear Crumb Pie



Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust (unbaked pie shell)
- 2 tablespoon juice (lemon )
- 1 1/2 tablespoon tapioca (quick cooking )
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cup pear (sliced s)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour (all purpose )
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
Directions:
Sprinkle lemon juice over pears. Mix sugar and tapioca and combine with pears; put in pie shell. Mix flour, brown sugar and cinnamon; cut in butter to make crumbs. Sprinkle over pie shell. Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes. Submitted by: A. McIntosh
