Blueberry Crumb Pie
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup corn (flour or 2 tablespoons starch)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon juice (lemon )
- 4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 pie crust (unbaked deep 9 inch pie shell; do not prick)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed )
- 1/4 cup butter (hard or margarine)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon juice (lemon )
- 4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 pie crust (unbaked deep 9 inch pie shell; do not prick)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar (packed )
- 1/4 cup butter (hard or margarine)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put in pie shell. Cut the hard butter into the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the blueberry mixture. Bake until crust is golden and filling is set. Submitted by: Diane
