Herbed Supper Scones



Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound flour (mealy potatoes 4 tablespoons )
- 2 tablespoon parsley (chopped )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dill (dried )
- 1/4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/4 teaspoon sage (powdered )
- 1/4 teaspoon savory
- 4 tablespoon oil
Directions:
Boil or bake the potatoes, then mash them really well. Mix the flour, salt, oil and herbs with the potatoes. On a floured board, roll this dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Cut into triangles 3 or 4 inches wide. Fry in very hot oil on both sides until light golden. Drain and serve with butter and a hot sweet coffee.
