Eggnog Bread



Ingredients:
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup egg (dairy nog)
- 1/2 cup butter (; melted)
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon rum ( extract)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of bread pan. Beat eggs, add sugar, eggnog, butter, rum extract and vanilla. Blend well, add flour, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir until just moistened. Pour into greased pan. Bake fro 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely before serving.
