Dutch Apple Cake 2



Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup apples (sugar 8 tablespoons soft margarine 1 cup cake flour 2 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon sal)
Directions:
Stir margarine and sugar until creamy and light. Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. add sifted dry ingredients and beat well. Add lemon extract. Pour batter in a greased and floured spring form. Place apple slices neatly in rows on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.
