Cranberry Loaf
Cranberry Loaf



Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (packed )
- 1 cup flour ( 1 cup graham cracker crumbs)
- 1/2 cup nuts (wal, chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg ( beaten)
- 1 cup juice (orange )
- 1 tablespoon orange ( rind)
- 1 cup raisin (s)
- 1/3 cup oil (cooking )
- 1 cup cranberries (, chopped)
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl. Stir in cranberries, raisins, nuts and orange rind. Add beaten egg, orange juice and cooking oil. Stir until blended. Scrape into greased 9 by 5 by 3 inch loaf pan ( I have also used a tube pan) Bake at 350°F for one hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool. Wrap
