Cream margarine, sugar and vanilla; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together flour, baking powder and soda. Add to cream mixture, alternating with sour cream. Spread half of mixture in greased tube pan. Cream butter, brown sugar and cinnamon; add nuts. Put 3/4 of filling in center portion of cake mixture in pan, being careful not to touch sides of pan. Put rest of batter on top and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. When cooled put remaining filling on top and under broiler for a few minutes, watch carefully.
