Main Recipe Thanksgiving Gingerbread Pancake Mix



Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour (cake )
- 1 cup flour (all purpose )
- 2/3 cup chocolate (mini semi sweet chops)
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoon ginger (ground )
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (ground )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon clove (ground s)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Whisk together 1 3/4 cups room temperature buttermilk, 2 room temperature eggs, 6 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 cup molasses and 2 room temperature egg yolks; stir into flour mixture until just combined. coat nonstick skillet with cooking spray; set over medium heat. Pour batter, in batches, 1/4 cup at a time into skillet. Cook pancakes, turning once until golden and cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Yield: 20 pancakes
