- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup mix (reserved cake )
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 cup pecan (s)
Mix together the cake mix (except 1 cup), 1/2 cup butter and one egg. Mix together and press into 13 by 9 inch pan. Filling: Mix together pumpkin, 3 eggs, evaporated milk, cinnamon and 1 cup sugar and pour over crust. Topping: Mix all ingredients except pecans until a crumbly texture. Sprinkle over filling. Place pecans on top. Bake at 350°F for one hour and fifteen minutes.
