Creamy Chocolate Tarts  

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup cold whipping cream 
  • 6 (4 ounce packages) single serve graham crusts 
  • sweetened whipped cream 
  • sliced fresh fruit, maraschino cherries or fresh mint 

Method 

In small microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips, milk and sugar. Microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until milk is hot and chips melt when stirred. Using whisk or electric mixer, beat until mixture is smooth; stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature. In small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream until stiff; carefully fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream until blended. Spoon or pipe into crusts. Cover; refrigerate until set. Top with sweetened whipped cream.  Garnish as desired.
