Ingredients

graham wafers rolled fine
- 1/4
cup melted mutter 1/4 cup sugar
- 1
teaspoon cinnamon
- Combine
and reserve 1/2 cup for top of pie.
- Use
balance to line pie pan.
Filling
- 2
cups milk
- 2
egg yolks
- 1/4
cup cornstarch
- 1
teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4
cup sugar
Method
Combine
ingredients in 1-quart saucepan. Bring
to a boil and cook until thick. While hot, spread over piecrust.
Topping
- 2
egg whites
- 3
tablespoons powdered sugar
Beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Add sugar
gradually, beating as you add. Spread over filling and sprinkle
crumbs over top. Bake at 325ºF, for 20 minutes.
