Dutch Apple Pie Ingredients
Method Line
pie pan with pastry. Pare, core and quarter or slice apples. Mix
sugar, cinnamon and flour. Place half of mixture in bottom of pie
shell.
Over
this arrange quartered apples in rows. Mix light cream with
remainder of sugar mixture. Pour over apples.
Bake
at 425° F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake for about
45 minutes until apples are translucent and tender. Serve hot.
