Pie
Ingredients
- 1
nine inch pie crust
- 3/4
stick melted butter or margarine
- 1
1/4 cups sugar
- 2
eggs beaten
- 1
teaspoon vanilla
- 1
tablespoon white vinegar
Method
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into piecrust. Bake
at 300ºF for 10 minutes, then at 325ºF for another 20 to 30 minutes. Pie
is done when center is set and is golden brown.
