Chess Pie
Ingredients

cups sugar
- 2
tablespoons flour
- 1
small can evaporated milk
- 3
eggs, beaten
- 2
1/2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/4
cup melted butter
- 2
teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1
unbaked pie shell
Method
Beat eggs and add melted butter, milk and vanilla. Sift
together cocoa, sugar and flour.
Gradually add sugar mixture to egg mixture. Mix
well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes
or until lightly browned.
