Elderberry Pie
Ingredients
2 cups elderberries
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon tapioca
Method
Mix all ingredients together well. Place in pastry shell and top with lattice strips of pastry. Bake 10 minutes at 400ºF, then 30 to 40 minutes at 375ºF.
