Butterscotch Raisin Pie Ingredients
Method Rinse raisins; cover with water and microwave 2 to 3 minutes (or simmer on stove) until soft. Thicken with butterscotch powder dissolved in the ½ cup water. Add spices, rind and sour cream. Cool; pour into pie shell and bake at 375ºF for 35 – 40 minutes. Submitted by: E. Wilson |
