Blueberry Crumb Pie

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch

• 2/3 cup sugar

• 2 tablespoons lemon juice

• 4 cups blueberries

• 1/2 cup flour

• 1 unbaked deep 9 inch pie shell; do not prick

Topping

• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

• 1/4 cup hard butter or margarine

• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix first 5 ingredients together. Put in pie shell. Cut the hard butter into the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the blueberry mixture. Bake until crust is golden and filling is set.
