Banana Cream Pie 2

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons flour 
• 1 tablespoon corn flour 
• 1/2 cup sugar 
• 1/4 teaspoon salt 
• 2 egg yolks, beaten 
• 1 cup milk 
• 1 cup cream 
• 1 teaspoon vanilla 
• 1 baked 8 or 9 inch pie shell 
• sliced bananas 

Method

Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in eggs into milk and cream; add to dry ingredients. 
Cook until thick; add vanilla. Cool. Pour into pie shell. Add bananas. Coconut may be substituted for bananas. If you use coconut add 1/4 cup coconut to filling; sprinkle same amount on top.
