Parmesan Wings Ingredients
Method Remove and discard wing tips. Separate wings at joint. Dip in water to dampen. Stir next 7 ingredients together in bowl. Roll wing pieces to coat. Arrange some in circle on plate and cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 6 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. If juices run clear when pierced, it is cooked, if some pink remains, cook on high for about another minutes intervals testing after each minute. Repeat with rest of wings. Yield: about 18 |
