Meatballs Ingredients
Method Combine ground beef, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper in bowl; mix well. Shape into tiny meatballs. Brown in oil in large skillet; remove and drain well. Stir in chili sauce, jelly and coffee powder, mixing with pan drippings. Simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add meatballs; simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve with wooden toothpicks. Yield: 15 servings |
