Zesty Snack Mix

Ingredients

• 4 cups corn cereal squares

• 2 cans potato sticks (3 oz total)

• 1 cup honey-toasted peanuts

• 3 tablespoons butter or margarine; melted

• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

• 1 to 4 teaspoons hot sauce

• 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Method

Place first three ingredients in a large 3-quart microwavable bowl or casserole. Combine melted butter and remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, mixing well. Drizzle butter mixture over cereal mixture and toss to coat well. Microwave on high for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Cool completely on paper towels.

Yield: 6 cups
