Ingredients

all purpose flour

milk

melted butter or margarine

Method
Stir
together flour and salt; gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Add
melted butter or margarine.
Beat
eggs well until light in color and foamy; add to mixture.
Beat
2 minutes with electric beater.
Fill
hot, greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake
in very hot oven (450F) 15 minutes; reduce to moderate (350f) and continue
baking 10 to 15 minutes or until evenly browned.
Serve
hot.
