Ingredients 

• 1 slice bread, buttered on both sides
• 1 egg
• 1/2 teaspoon margarine
• salt and pepper to taste

Method 

You will need frying pan and a water glass

Butter the bread on both sides then take a water glass and cut a circle in the middle of the bread. Heat the frying pan, and place the bread and circle you cut out in the frying pan. Melt the margarine in the middle of the hole of the bread and break the egg into the hole. When the white of the egg is set, flip the whole thing over and the circle. Remove the egg and toast to the plate and garnish with fresh fruit and cheese. Easy to make and mom loves it almost as much as the kids.
