Blender Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana,
peach or nectarine peeled and cut up
- 1/2 cup milk or
low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
or sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon
natural bran
Method
Combine fruit of
your choice with mil or yogurt honey and bran in blender. Whirl until smooth and
pour into a tall glass.
