Breakfast Combo

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup very hot water
  • 1/4 cup bulgur ( a grain which can be found in most grocery stores or European stores)
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 8 ounces yogurt with fruit added

Method

Mix water and bulgur; set aside for about half hour. Mix bulgur with rest of ingredients in a tightly covered container. Let sit in refrigerator overnight (this is very important). Serve with cut up fresh fruit.
