Breakfast Combo
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup very hot
water
- 1/4 cup bulgur (
a grain which can be found in most grocery stores or European stores)
- 1/2 cup rolled
oats
- 1/4 cup chopped
nuts
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 8 ounces plain
yogurt
- 8 ounces yogurt
with fruit added
Method
Mix water and
bulgur; set aside for about half hour. Mix bulgur with rest of ingredients in a
tightly covered container. Let sit in refrigerator overnight (this is very
important). Serve with cut up fresh fruit.
