Warm Cinnamony Oatmeal to warm up Mom's tummy

 


Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1 diced apple
  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 cup skim milk

Method 

Place water, apple juice and dice apples in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer until thick.

Serve hot with milk
