Ingredients
- 3
tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3
tablespoons milk
- 1
package (15 ounce) creamy white frosting mix
- food
coloring (red, green or color of your choice)
- 1/2
teaspoon peppermint extract (You can use other extracts if you wish)
Method
Put
butter and milk in 2 quart micro proof bowl.
Cook on HI for 45 seconds, or
until butter is melted.
Stir in frosting mix. Cook
on HI for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until bubbly. Stir twice during
cooking time. Stir in food coloring to tint. Add extract.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls
onto waxed paper.
When cool, store in airtight
container.
