123 Easy As Pie Reference Tables

Below you will find a few kitchen weights, measures and metric equivalents, I hope they help.
Metric conversions don't always work out in tidy round numbers because you must deal with
decimals. For example to convert ounces to grams, you must multiply ounces by 28.35. The following
simple tables give accepted equivalents for many of the quantities and ingredients used on
this site. For baking pans, oven temperature, weights and measurements you can find them
at Metric Conversion Charts.
I have the charts below printed out covered in plastic and taped to the inside cover of my cookbooks, it really comes in handy.
