will find a few kitchen weights, measures and metric equivalents, I hope
they help.
Metric conversions don't always work out in tidy round numbers because
you must deal with
decimals. For example to convert ounces to grams, you must multiply
ounces by 28.35. The following
simple tables give accepted equivalents for many of the quantities and
ingredients used on
this site. For baking pans, oven temperature, weights and measurements
you can find them

I have the charts below printed out covered in plastic and
taped to the inside cover of my cookbooks, it really comes in handy.
