
Combine rhubarb, sugar, orange juice and orange rind and boil for three to five minutes. Remove from heat and add strawberry jello powder. Stir until jello crystals are dissolved. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal with melted wax or cover with lids and seal in steamer for 10 to 15 minutes. Store in cool, dark, dry place. Yield: 6 (8 ounce) jars. |
