Jack-O'-Lantern Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 egg white
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/4 cup orange juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• yellow and red food coloring

Method

Place all ingredients except food coloring, into top of double boiler. Beat over simmering water with electric mixer 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture stands in peaks. Tint frosting orange by using several drops of yellow and red food coloring.
