LEMON
YOGURT FROSTING
Ingredients
- 3
teaspoons margarine or butter
- 1 1/2
cups sifted confectioner's sugar
- 1/2
teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/2
teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2
tablespoon plain, lemon or vanilla yogurt
Method
In a
small bowl beat margarine until softened.
Gradually add confectioner's
sugar; beat well. Beat in lemon peel and vanilla. Add enough yogurt
to make a spreadable frosting.
Yield:
enough to cover a 9 inch cake.
