ORANGE FROSTING

Ingredients

  • grated rind of 1 orange 
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice 
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • 3 tablespoons light cream 
  • 3 to 4 cups sifted icing sugar 
Method 

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Gradually add icing sugar until of good spreading consistency. 
  
YIELD: Enough for large layer cake
