Ingredients

rind of 1 orange
- 3
tablespoons orange juice
- 1
tablespoon lemon juice
- 1
tablespoon butter
- 3
tablespoons light cream
- 3 to 4
cups sifted icing sugar
Method
Mix
first 5 ingredients together. Gradually add icing sugar until of
good spreading consistency.
YIELD: Enough for large
layer cake
