Butter Cream Frosting 5

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup softened margarine
  • 3 ounces softened cream cheese
  • pinch of salt
  • 16 ounces confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

Cream margarine and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add salt and sugar, a small amount at a time, beating until smooth. Slowly beat in just enough milk to make the mixture spreadable; then add vanilla and beat in.
