Italian Cream Icing

• 1 ( 8oz package) cream cheese; room temperature
• 1 stick butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

Cream butter and cream cheese, add vanilla and mix well. Mix in sugar a little at a time beating until smooth; fold in pecans.
