Cherry Frosting 3

• 2 egg whites
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon cherry extract
• 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Method

Combine egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, water, salt and cream of tartar in top of double boiler. Cook over rapidly boiling water, beating with mixer until peaks form. Remove from heat; add vanilla, almond and cherry extracts. Continue beating until it reaches spreading consistency.
