Ingredients

• 1 egg white 
• 1/4 cup shortening 
• 1/4 cup butter 
• 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract 
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 
• 2 cups confectioners' sugar 

Method 

Cream together egg white, shortening and butter and extracts until well blended.  Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until fluffy. 
Use as a frosting for  Banana Cake
