Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
sour cream
- 2 ounces
Ghirardelli unsweetened chocolate; melted
- 3 1/2
cups powdered sugar
- 1
teaspoon vanilla
Method
Beat
sour cream with sugar and vanilla until smooth. Mix
in melted chocolate.
Yield:
enough for a 9 by 13" cake.
