Ingredients 

• 1/4 cup butter or margarine; softened 
• 1/2 cup mashed banana 
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
• 3 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar 

Cream together butter, banana, lemon juice and vanilla.   Slowly beat in confectioners' sugar, adding more if needed to make a nice fluffy, spreadable frosting.

Yield: Makes about 2 1/3 cups.
