FRENCH MOCHA FROSTING

Ingredients

  • 3 squares sweet chocolate, melted 
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder 
  • 1 tablespoon hot water 
  • 3/4 cup icing sugar 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 cup soft butter or margarine 
Method 

Mix chocolate, coffee and water in small beater bowl. Beat in sugar and eggs; add butter or margarine, 2 tablespoons at a time, and continue beating until mixture is thick. Chill to spreading consistency. Fill and frost an 8 or 9 inch layer cake. 
Chill until icing is set.
